I feel for my gay friends that are teachers. I remember that as a kid male teachers - straight ones - were always suspected of being gay and parents would tell kids to be careful around them. Add being actually gay to that and I can see why so many of them are in the closet at work.
Stories like this don't help, like it or not. Logical people can conclude that pedophiles can be of any sexual orientation but if we've learned anything in this election it's that a lot of people aren't logical thinkers.
