European Hot 100 is on hiatus since December 2010, the last song to hit #1 on that chart is Rihanna's Only Girl, so i dont think there's Year End Chart for it

LeAnn Rimes, Elton John, and Santana, but those were over a decade ago. In the digital era, only Jason Mraz placed really well on two year-end charts with "I'm Yours", placing at #27 in 2008 and #7 in 2009. These types of songs are all huge AC/HAC hits as well with incredible longevity.
