They won't be. He's like J-Lo and Shakira, most of his views come from other countries.
You'd need about 30 million US views to debut at #1 in a week. But PSY's video debuted part-way through the chart week, so it'll be even more difficult for him.
Hopefully most of those views are from outside the US. It's not like the US was really anticipating a new PSY song.
Most views will be from outside US, but still there will be also lot of US views, people will check song just out of curiosity because they still remember GS (after all it's still #12 this week on Streaming chart).
