As a studio vocalist, this is true. Her vocal delivery and annunciation on her early hits was incredible and in the later years it became empty and robotic.
I haven't checked for The Guardian ever since they reviewed Kanye's album off a ****** livestream and the writer admitted himself they're just thirsty for clicks so...
This really stinks...I knew the critics would instantly hate on her the minute she went back to original music. It's like.. can you let the fans and Gaga breath for one friggin second?
The song is very unconventional and too loud, unprocessed etc etc...but it has a charm...it will not smash but it serves its purpose and is a gem in her discography.
Not a great lead single.
