Where does a kid even go after something like this? Clearly they don't value his life. There's probably a trail of other untold abuses directed at him.
But even with my deepest sympathy, the draw to family and tribe is a strong one in every human that I think, in releasing him, there's a chance that he'll actually grow up to be a full-fledged terrorist.
