yes the MMVAs cheat we saw that in 2011 with Avril and britney but in this case I doubt because I think none of the nominees attend so they gave it to the one that trully wins.
You Selenators need to cool it. It's so annoying and awkward to be a stan for BOTH Miley and Selena when you guys are constantly at each other's throats. It's pretty much been proven that the MMVAS are rigged. Avril was pissed too back in 2011 when she lost her MMVAs.
