To be honest, Kelly & Avril should be winning this by a landslide. Kelly has continued releasing the same songs with slightly different chords and lyrics for more than half a decade. Avril regressed terribly.

Erm Avril? Complicated, to My Happy Ending, to Girlfriend to What The Hell. Some gurls need to go and educate themselves and listen to her album's, each one sounds completely different.
The only moderately similar stuff Avril's released is the work she did with Dr Luke on The Best Damn Thing, and then the Max Martin tracks on Goodbye Lullaby.
It's true though.
You could throw Till The World Ends, Hold It Against Me, and I Wanna Go all on either Circus, In The Zone, Or Blackout and no one would be able to tell the difference. Of course she has changed since the Oops and BOMT days but after in the zone, the majority of her music has been on the same plane, with the same themes
