Prism is selling more than ARTPOP WW right now and it was released almost a month earlier. The promo singles leading up to Prism's album release exploded pretty much worldwide. Roar was way more globally succesful than Applause. Unconditionally was released way too soon, Roar clearly wasn't done yet and still isn't apparently. Let's not act like DWUW is a huge success either.

Exactly. Roar is global as well as PRISM. Katy on the other hand is nowhere near as global as Gaga.. no one cares about Katy as an artist besides her fans. People just listen to Roar and that's all... And Katy is selling twice as much as ARTPOP in USA and Australia. without these sales their WW sales will be absolutely the same, and why not consider the fact that Katy is at her peak and Gaga has never been doing that bad ?
