Yeah, it has quite a few fillers. I think Dear Old Nicki, Last Chance, Blow Ya Mind, Muny, and Wave Ya Hand are all pretty disposable. I wouldn't say PF is an album that has too much filler, though; only maybe 6 of its total 20 songs are filler to me.

Last Chance is the only filler on that album imo. I dont count bonus tracks.

Without bonus tracks, then yeah. I like the lyrics of DON, but because the production and delivery on Nicki's part are so horrible I consider it filler.
I don't see how I'm the Best is filler to anyone, though.
