Most of them do pink/red/natural lip color lips from what I've seen...
I understand how some people may think the board member's afro is stereotypical (since Serena currently does not have one), but as for the Black Pete / Zwarte Piet, I just think they aren't being "color blind", which I think many Americans want to happen. However, we shouldn't try to unsee differences. Yes, blacks are darker than whites. But does it mean it's bad? No. So is it wrong painting your face black to represent blacks? No. At least that's what I think is the Dutch mindset.
