Not sure if it counts, but Ryan Murphy blocked me after I kindly asked him to look over my idea for a season of American Horror Story.
I checked again a couple days later, and it let me follow him again, though, so it might have been a glitch, but it had said I wasn't following him and everything.
Kelly Rowland did after seeing Michelle Williams reply to me. Lil Kim followed and then blocked me about half an hour later. There was some random verified account that had blocked me before I even knew who they were. There's more I can't forget.
