I was gaining some mad college weight but with some torture diet and exercise I've shed a lot of it. I just tried on some of my small shirts I was no longer comfortable wearing to find them fitting perfectly.
I'm in the process of getting in shape. Been jogging 3 miles and doing 15 min on the bike everyday. I've definitely built more stamina so far. I'm also keeping my meals to one serving. Hopefully I get a sexy body by the time summer comes
I lost my six pack, I'm like at a 4 now but I'd say I'm pretty in shape. I lift [weights] about 4 days out of the week, but I'm horrible at cardio and sit-ups hence me losing my 6 pack. I like to play outside a lot though i.e. football, soccer, some baseball.
