I miss that so much!!! It actually made retirement SPECIAL. Retirement isn't anything like it used to be. It's always so predictable that Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, and Fall Out Boy will retire. I wanted Lil' Mama to retire to give it some variety, to show that TRL won't always be dominated by the same people.

I don't know why they stopped that? I don;'tlike how they retired videos now. Now they show like a virtual version of a retirement plaque TRL got lazy. So lazy to the point where they show videos during commercial breaks It would be really pathetic to see FOB's The take over,the breaks over retire next when the last video to retire was FOB's Thnks fr th mmrs 2 back to back retired videos from FOB

aww i missed those trl plaques they give to retired videos on trl.i even back in 2000.they showed facts of the videos while the videos were retiring.those were good times and i agree it would be really weird to see tto,tbo over for thnks fr th mmrs.and it would be just wrong.retiring on trl isn't a big deal anymore and mtv doesn't seem to care.

I hope it retires too! His music is awesome especially this new song and video! I hope it retires but the way TRL is screwing all the videos out of retirement I don't know if that will happen but I will always hope!

that would be very very sad if Fall Out boy had back to back retirements on the list just cuz videos cant retire anymore in total rigged not even live anymore

Not to mention that they did break the tradition of having a Kelly Clarkson song/vid retire and then have a Fall Out Boy song/vid retire. It was sad to see "Never Again" not retire, but oh well, it's not like TRL is the big thing anymore.
