1D first day sales were 180k and Taylor 1st day were 138k so they sold 42k more than taylor and plus they must have atleast sold 60k - 80 as the lead was 35% on taylor 1st day sales.So when taylor 1st day sales were completed they had a lead of something about 100 - 120k.
I don't think that Taylor lead was big enough to overcome this deficit over 4 and half days tbh
I agree that it seems very fishy.
They (Chartnews/Billboard) did not even mention that there could be a race. It was very blunt- 'Red' HDS nr1.
