Whole album sounds like it goes off in the car tbh. I know it does on some good quality headphones

I finally (kind-of) like Drunk in Love, Rocket and Superpower.
It's not a bad album by any means- it so cleverly glosses over the lack of identity.
It does feel cheap and slightly tacky, but the music itself is magnificent.
I can imagine almost every rnb girl(and Rih) doing it justice.

The only one I don't really use is Superpower, I've tried
It's amazing for someone people criticized last era for going against trendy radio sounds.
The visual album was very ambitious project, I could see someone like Gaga (Fame era), M.I.A., or Robyn executing it better if they were in the same position.
And definitely, Rih would have pulled this off effortlessly. Definitely not high first week sales but longevity >>>>>>

I kind of wish Rih did this,but she isn't really defined by her videos like Beyonce is/was.

True. Being both a great singer and a great visual artist is incredibly rare these days. I guess only Lana, Bey, and Rihanna are doing it these days. It's a pity male artists aren't more adventurous
