I just watched the interview, it was really great. One of her best in a while….great explanation for the SXSW performance and she seemed really happy and positive
lol though at "I'm enjoying promoting ARTPOP"
I know right
I remember on the Howard Stern show she said she was so over promoting the album after only what 2 months
It would kinda make sense to release ARTPOP II with experimental / more personal (Brooklyn Nights, Princess Die) songs and at the same time keep releasing singles from ARTPOP I. Just imagine Gaga album that is being praised by critics and not being spoilt by contemporary commercial stuff.
True & commemorated CREATIVE REBELLION
The follow-up to ‘Do What U Want’ featuring R Kelly and ‘Do What U Want’ featuring Christina Aguilera, will be out on May 12, although obviously it’s already out.

Except those songs would smash harder than anything on Vol 1
That PopJustice article is for the UK though, right? I think that's probably good, gives her time to go over there and promote it around the release date. Also, usually UK artists release a video for a single like a month before its officially out there, since their charts are very very heavily weighted on downloads. Gives her a good chance to peak high.

AWWW. I forgot the UK is always "late" when it comes to single. It's probably that, indeed.
