My family members are full of ****. None of us keep contact or even want to, I got aunts and cousins who want nothing to do with me, we don't meet for holidays, and there's racism in my own family since my grandparents are interracial. It's ridiculous.
Really, the only people I care about is some of my siblings, my mom and one of my aunts.

I think its petty **** going on between my mom, aunts and uncles that no one is telling their children about. So because they're mad at my mom, I'm the one that suffers.
I don't even know if I want to call it racism, but that's a whole different story. My grandparents are Jamaican but my grandfather is white, the 'racism' in my family has to do with shades of color. ex. my oldest cousin who is light skinned is married to a white man, they live in Arkansas and she only wants her son to know of his white side of the family and to think of himself as just white. That bugs me. None of us darker skinned family members were even invited to her wedding. :-/
