I HATE anecdotal evidence, but the office I work in at school was planning a discussion about the Kesha thing last month when those court pictures came out, and the girl was printing out flyers to distribute them. There was this one girl who didn't know anything about it so the other girl had to explain it to them.

It's REALLY easy for someone not to know anything about the situation. Not everyone follows pop culture and not everyone follows news outlets on social media/watches the news.

I'm not from an Urban area just because I'm black I live in a super white jewish town/area and like half of my friends on social media, co workers, classmates etc are white.

It just doesn't seem that relevant. Especially in comparison to other "scandals" that have occurred

It was just an example on how it's incredibly easy for a large amount of people to not know anything about what's happening to Kesha.

Like I said before, I know people who haven't heard about it, and I've had to educate them. It's nothing malicious, they just may not be on FACEBOOK or follow Twitter accounts that would be talking about it.

The Kesha situation is definitely well-known now. There's just not much new to report, but once there's new info I'm sure all the news outlets will report it just like they did the first time.

We cannot expect media reporting it everyday if there's nothing new to add to the conversation.

I don't think anyone is denying that the Kesha drama is well-known or isn't well-known, but to not understand how some people may not be aware is kinda ****ing dumb.

There's so much I wouldn't know about if I didn't use this website and didn't have a Twitter account. Especially when those hoes on Facebook are always two months late with their stuff.

I'd say for the minuscule amount of attention/care people have ever given Kesha,
she's getting quite a large amount of media attention from this, although it didn't help.
