Madison isn't with them and it's the same place they burned Myrtle, we don't know who is burning but it could be Madison after she had Kyle try to kill Zoe, or it can be Fiona if she comes back (after all they said the next supreme would have to do a heartbreaking task/settle some business, burning your own mother would be it) or even Myrtle since she's not there.
