Yeah, it seems like Whistle hit #1 on 16th July, when it had not even 40M on mediabase for airplay.

I'm surprised Gangnam Style is still #1 though. It feels like the novelty wore off ages ago. Other countries (UK, Australia, Germany) have moved on.

"Some Nights" has also fallen back to #7 and "Wanted" is back up to #11 even though it's been repeatedly falling lately. iTunes must have glitched and is now showing the Top 1000 from a couple of hours ago.

Okay, good. Cuz I was like "HOLY **** NOOO!" And if you look on Kworb, SN is still #5 and iTunes is normal. Also, WAY is #83 on LPB while #63 on Kworb, so it makes sense then.

Same thing has happened in the UK. All the new entries have gone down to where they were a few hours back.

How is that disproving what they said? They simply stated that Whistle was performing better Worldwide compared to how I Cry is currently doing.
