Not really, she was actually starting the work. Sweden sessions/MM & Dr Luke happened mostly in March and April I believe
Oh wait you're probably right, I thought that ASCAP event Katy spoke at was in March for some reason. She'd definitely started and had Double Rainbow by then though based on that pic she tweeted with Sia in February
