I can't believe she started working on this album like a year ago when dance/EDM was starting to dominate, and now R&B/hip-hop is coming back full circle. What sort of divine prophecy did Legend M have?

I've concluded Miley is a FLOP in Japan. She's the only Disney star with a top 10 single there, (two, in fact) but still. Has she ever actually promoted there?
Apparently she's had a #1 DVD in Japan. I guess that's something. I'm trying to read the Oricon website but it's mostly pictures so I can't use Google Translate. Can't Be Tamed was her highest peaking album there at #8.
Hopefully she can try touring there this era. I would have never guessed she was big in the Philippines either, and she performed for 30,000 people and got a platinum album plaque once she actually bothered going there.
I always thought that Hannah Montana would be a thing that would be really popular in Japan...
