Cordelia's in the same generation as the rest of the girls; Myrtle's the only one remaining in her generation.
Does Cordelia seem old enough to have any of those girls be her daughter? Not really.

That was such a cheesy scene as well as all of them being able to draw knives to their hands. TBH Madison alone could have just blasted the Axeman all by herself.
