if the right songs are chosen as singles at the right time with the right promo LOUD wont need a re-release!
and plus shes tooo busy with the Loud tour to re-release and its kinda early to do it in Aug/Sept since the album will be less than a year old and will still have many more potential singles!

I think a rerelease is practically inevitable this point. It's just a matter of when.
I think both DJ, Rihanna, and most of her fans want Loud to outdo GGGB/R. I think it'll be a hard feat on it's own, but nearly guaranteed with a rerelease. Beside, with Battleship coming out in May, it is the perfect time for a rerelease, as she can have a song both on the movie soundtrack and her rerelease (similar to IINSYFA). A rerelease before spring 2012 is a mistake, IMO.
S&M is still doing well, so I don't seeing CKB being release until sometime in May. It'll probably carry well into the late summer. Ideally, she can release Cheers and Man Down afterwards, in either order to finish off 2011. If need be, to keep the album relevant, Fading can come out in early 2012, and then the rerelease with 3-4 new songs around March/April.
