Ok, just use one of your gifs as your base. Increase the canvas size (NOT the image size). Do:
-Image > Canvas Size.
-Increase the height to 424px.
-Go to where the Animation (Frames) panel is and convert to timeline animation.
-In the Animation (Timeline) panel, choose the top most layer, now scroll down to the bottom, hold shift, & click on the first layer.
-Now using the Move Tool, move that first gif to the top or the bottom.
-Now go to the second gif.
-Go to where the Animation (Frames) panel is and convert to timeline animation.
-In the Animation (Timeline) panel, choose the top most layer, now scroll down to the bottom, hold shift, & click on the first layer.
-Using the move tool, drag that gif over to the first gif. Move it to the bottom or top to cover the transparent background.
-Now press play and the gifs should move together.
-If it works, save. If not, :shrug:
