Katy wasn't contractually obliged to release it as a single (like Radar) so no. If she was going to back-release anything it would be Hummingbird Heartbeat (2016 Radio Remix) with fresh production to get that 6th #1 from Teenage Dream.
Kendrick. No. Out of all of those I prefer Eminem the most tbh. Never really got into Missy or Drake.
The only other collaborators I can see working would be Diplo/Major Lazer and Madonna (I'm not really a fan but she's a legend and their collab would definitely be iconic).
I remember reading somebody's post saying that a Katy&Bruno collab needs to happen...YEEES
