That's why I think there's a difference between letting off steam and being cruel.

Sometimes Gaga may do something that we disagree with, so we come on to ATRL and have a little rant about it. But bringing personal insults to the table is going too far. Nicole is a smart girl. She knows what she is talking about a lot of the time. But it is difficult to respect her, regardless of her intelligence, when she says things about Gaga's appearance like she did.
