Set up both gifs you want.... then make a new transparent window big enough for both of them to fit.

-go to the first gif and take the first frame and move it onto the new transparency.
-go the the second gif and do the same.

REMEMBER THAT WHEN YOUR DONE WITH ONE its best to go ahead and flatten just those two so you wont get confused. For instance when you move frame 1 and frame 1 from gif one and gif two... save that and close it, thats the easiest way.... then do frame 2 and frame 2 from both gifs save and close.... and keep going so you wont mess up.
