Myrtle went on to burn at her own will since she gave up. I'm pretty sure they get to keep the powers they develop, what would be the point of a one time thing

Myrtle CAN'T be the next Supreme, she was included in Fiona's generation of the Coven so I doubt her as a supreme won't make sense
