Some people want some party music to make them feel happy, not everyone wants every single song to be full of substance and have deep meanings etc.

Born This Way got a 6.5/10

It was unoriginal but was a nice happy upbeat track.

No I am giving a view from the otherside; just because the album is safe and full of catchy songs does not make it a perfect, amazing album.

Best thing I've read on this thread. Believe me when I say that FEMME FATALE will be critically acclaimed. This is good pop music. The production on the album is superb. The only fault I can find is with some of the songwriting. The lyrics for Seal It With A Kiss are just awful but somehow BRITNEY manages to pull it off like she always does. On the other hand, Criminal is one of best written songs Britney has EVER done, if not the BEST. FEMME FATALE has some of the best vocals BRITNEY has done....vocals I haven't heard since IN THE ZONE. She has come a long way and I'm really proud of her.
