According to this video the top 10 fan favorites (assuming only the fans made videos of their ranking, which is very plausible) are France, Russia, Spain, Latvia, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Australia, Estonia in order.
This would be an interesting top 10 imo but I honestly can't see Spain in top 10, let alone top 3.
Estonia is nowhere near a fan favorite. I've honestly never seen it in any fan's top ten, it's actually pretty much always at the bottom I see Malta, Azerbaijan and Bulgaria at the top of most fan videos, which is not surprising considering how ghey they are. Spain is near the top in most fan videos because most fan videos are Spanish and we know how delusional they are when it comes to Eurovision, but it's a good thing they support their entry as much as they can not to end last.
They say "talent always wins", but the Eurovision must be an exception since in the past 10 years it's only won in 2007, 2012 and 2014. If that sentence has any credibility, Croatia will win by a landslide.
