IMO (feel free to ignore) you should limit it to the real music videos.

Then have people score them in different categories like:

Style:
Choreo:
Theme:
Overall (not necessarily an average):


(those are just categories off the top of my head)

Then you could have a rate for each category. Then the overall rankings.
