I wish I knew the truth about TurnUp Group was known before the tickets were bought because soooo many Bey stans are now upset. I had never heard of them before, honestly. Hope they pull through.

What happened with Turnupgroup? I purchased my tix through them too and I'm travelling from Australia to America for the show so they can't **** up my tickets

I couldnt say. I didnt deal with them at all. I got my tix thru a guy that works in radio. Have they sent u ur tix tho? I dont get why they cant just send ppl's tix by email n have em print it out. Thats what ticket master did when i bought tix to IAWT

I think Turn Up gets their tickets through Ticketmaster in some way, that's why they only have printed. While through Ticketmaster you can choose.
I guess this is their first huge job they took, so it was bound to have various flaws

They said that they would try and convert the tickets to will call if I still hadn't gotten them by May 12th. They also said that they're working with the venue for an appropriate solution and they don't have the details yet...

From what I've been reading on their Twitter is that a lot of ppl haven't been getting their tickets so I think they've been having them picked up at will-call at the venue. They say that the company they have used for shipping hasn't provided a tracking order for anyone. A girl in Ireland said that every time mail is send it always come with a tracking number, so something is fishy.

But this is complete bs it isn't fair for someone who bought off of them will have to wait in the will call queue to get their tickets (someone said the will-call booth opens at 6:30 at some venues) and then have to wait in line as a ticket holder. I don't know how many they sold during each show for GA but imagine if you went alone and didn't have anyone to hold your place in line?
