I'm so happy pitchfork wrote another K-pop article...but I have no idea how these are "essential" in any meaning of the word. It should have been like "20 K-Pop Songs You Didn't Know You Liked" or something like that...like, if these hipsters even read what about this will make them be able to say "I know the essential K-pop songs"
