It's crazy that Paula had to endure this yet Britney, Katy and Rihanna can walk away without a scratch. Last generation's viewers were mean but had some sense, unlike now.
It is kinda sad that performances ruined Paula and then Janet's careers. They weren't much as singers but they were incredible dancers. Their routines influenced alot of the girls & guys after them
Beyonce really could have released Grown Woman in spring then Standing on the Sun in summer then XO in Sept. as singles as expected and still do the visual surprise album in Dec. with Drunk in Love as the final single.
