So the video begins without the music. It shows Gaga in a convertible with long, flowing pink hair. She's driving like crazy, crying golden tears. She's wearing a plain white t-shirt, with a black skirt and a small black vest over the shirt. She's driving on an empty highway, and turns to look back behind her. There's another car there, and she floors it, continuing to drive away.
The video cuts to another scene, showing a little girl (Supposedly Gaga) in bed. Her parents tear off the covers and pull Gaga out. They say "Stefani, what happened to your hair? Let's go to the stylist. You can't go to school tomorrow like that." Little Gaga goes to the bathroom, and sees her hair is all jagged and messed up. She starts screaming, and then is taken, with some force, by her dad and mom to the car. The song begins as they put her in the car.
First verse cuts between her in the car, as Little Gaga, and her as a teenager (using adult Gaga) at home hugging herself, wearing a grey school uniform. Little Gaga has a terrible haircut, with brown hair, while teenage Gaga has long blonde hair.
During the pre-chorus, it shows Little Gaga scream-singing while being dragged towards the barber's chair.
When the chorus hits, teenage Gaga knocks stuff off of her desk, intercut with Little Gaga knocking the scissors/razor out of the barber's hand.
Teenage Gaga rips off some barrettes from her hair, then rips off her clothes (she has underwear on), then goes to her closet.
When the post-chorus ("As free as my ha a a a a air") is going on, little Gaga is seen running away from the barber shop down the street.
The second verse shows teenage Gaga in her bathroom, combing her hair like crazy, intercut with Little Gaga at home taking wigs out from her closet. Teenage Gaga then starts giving herself pink streaks, then knocks stuff off of the bathroom counter.
Second chorus shows teenage Gaga just pour the rest of the pink dye on her hair, while singing along.
Second post chorus has little Gaga running out of the house with her wig and running off to the park in happiness.
Teenage Gaga, during the third verse, steps into a highschool gym room wearing a crazy red prom dress, her hair down to her waist, dyed bright pink. She starts dancing/singing on the stage, singing the final chorus, intercut with Little Gaga in her long blue wig dancing around an empty playground.
The prom is interrupted (With the chorus on repeat) as her parents come in, angry. Everyone stops dancing, and Gaga jumps off stage and runs outside. She rips off pieces of her dress as she runs (revealing the outfit she was wearing at the beginning), and then jumps into her red convertible. Her parents chase her, and as the song starts to fade out, we see her drive off and head onto a highway, following the signs directed towards New York state...
That's it.

Although Gaga may not be able to pull it off.
