She could, as the Kworb estimates clearly indicate, well surpass a million in sales this week. Regardless, the 636,000 record held by "Right Round" is a statistical outlier that has not been matched for over six years since it was set, and that was not even approached in digital sales beforehand. Since digital sales have been trending strongly downward in the past few years, sales will likely never again reach the level they were at even in 2009 when the record was originally set.
There's almost no chance at all of any song ever selling this many digital copies in a week again, unless the streaming industry somehow collapses upon itself due to label interests or a sudden and sharp shift in consumer interests.
