I'm not here for another GYHAB, taking a year to do fine, and selling poorly the album. This album it's #35 on Itunes, when Unbroken at this point was not even top 150 probably. I mean...what could happen with a good single and some promotion? What's her label problem? really..
They HAVE to be waiting to release MITUSA around July 4th then

What if they delayed the single so they can release RDC instead of MITUSA & leave that for the 3rd single ((There's like a 0.01% chance of that actually happening))

That could def be the case. I mean, really don't care did hugely well on iTunes. They probably think it's a smash waiting to happen.
I doubt they changed it to Really Don't Care, I mean they chose GYHAB over all the other songs that charted higher. Plus they already shot a video and in my opinion MITUSA wouldn't do well in Winter.
