Very Odd to me that they wouldn't have the only female EOTY nominee perform. Are any of the male EOTY nom's not performing?
Also odd to me that last year she wasn't part of the ACM Ladies of Country event thing. If I was a paranoid person I'd wonder if there was some conspiracy. I sure hope she wins EOTY, I think she deserves it. Maybe she just wants to take one event off from performing, and enjoy the show and show that young fellow a good time. But a performance could sure help promote her music, especially the new songs. She doesn't get near the promo the other ladies do, what with them getting songs used on major television shows and getting to perform on AI and The Voice etc.
^As of now, she is the only EOTY nominee not performing. Maybe they'll still announce her, maybe she'll just take the night off and enjoy the show, like at the AMAs.

At some point I wish they'd have Taylor host one of these big shows. Brad and Carrie are great hosts on the CMAs but they've done it 4 yrs in a row I think, it'd sure be nice to see someone else get a chance.
Talking about the lack promo on TV shows, I like this condition tbh. With the lack of promo, it gives her a plus point from people who hate everything that is commercial. Weird I know, but that's the truth.
