If I make it so that only Prismatic and Amaloner can participate in R60, and leave the scoring system the same, Prismatic is mathematically eliminated.
But if I make it so that more people can participate, then Prismatic is not mathematically eliminated (because Amaloner isn't guaranteed the 100 points he'd basically have automatically with a 2-person round).
Or, I could make it a 2-person round and change the scoring system so that Prismatic has a chance to win a playoff spot, but I said before these last 10 rounds that I wanted to keep the same scoring system throughout.

I think you should have 8 people in the playoffs. It's always nice to have a surprise twist like that. Not sticking to your words would be bad in a case where you suddenly changed it to 6, in my opinion.
Why not make the next round one in which only the winner of the round receives points? Either that or have a finale with 8 players.
Both seem pretty fair as an impartial eliminated player watching from the sidelines. It might be nice to have 8 players if it's not too much work since everybody has been more or less dedicated.
