So is "All Too Well" the first and expected ballad off the album tracklist?
It's nice that she's changed the last song like Change & Long Live where it sounds triumphant and gone with more "Our Song" by playing/beginning it again.
I hope so! It could always perform like "Love The Way You Lie". During 'Recovery's' first week, Lie charted so high before being announced as a single and reached #1 on iTunes due to Eminem & Rihanna's name. "Everything Has Changed" could pull this off.
That would be awesome if it can pull off somthing like that, But, I think she would have got much better promo for the album with this as a promo single:kier:

I'm not sure how well it'll do in the US but hopefully it'll perform like "Lie" in the UK.
If the Lord wants to see major bump in sales in UK, She should try to snatch a NME cover. But when the Lord Her music is really great, not WANEGBT level. Or a Joanne treatment will be given to her too.
