Dr.Luke's work on Circus is completely different, he's an awful producer these days.
I mean OLL is just a DISGRACE. From the vocal processing to that poor excuse of a breakdown, not to mention his sound is tired now. Noone is here for that type of music anymore, she needs to move on and so does he.
Stick with Katy.
