I honestly think she will be in the teens. Most likely #15-19. I've tried to calculate streaming, airplay, and sales, and it seems to be stuck around #16 each time. Hoping for top 15.

16 i hardly doubt but i'll be really glad if she gets this position
If she stays stable on iTunes through next week, and keeps increasing as much as she is, I say she could get top ten! She just can't dip in and out of the top ten on iTunes again. #6 right now is AMAZING! If all stays stable, it's highly possible she can edge in the top 10. Not too high, but around #9-10. If she dips lower again, top 15 is the most she will get (IMO).
Well if anything the video premiering next week will bring it up higher and possibly hit Top 10 on Billboard because of it. Plus the youtube views will help out.
