2NE1 need to release a stellar single before their album comes out.
DYLM and FIL were good, but not the strong type of material they needed to release after being inactive for so long.
Had these have been released coming right off the smash that was ILY, they probably would've done better.
YG is the only one to blame for this mess.
If he was smart, he'd actually go through with the English album plan mentioned in their recent Billboard interview - their international fanbase is certainly more loyal than their Korean one (
).
But if he does, hopefully it's actually handled right (unlike their current KR comeback), otherwise I'd prefer if it didn't happen at all.
