That's weird. For some reason I can't find Blake Shelton's episode. Maybe I'm confusing it with a similar show? I'm also confused why NBC cancelled the show. The ratings were very good. A average of 6.5 million viewers per show.

ETA: @North, I was just joking about blaming Brandon. It's a cool concept and we will get to see Kelly on tv again. I think a episode is about a hour or so? Or even longer, I don't really remember. This explains Kelly being one moment in Ohio and the next day in Andersonville.

Blake was never on the show. I forgot who it was that found out he was related to a president... I think it was Rob Lowe? lol Only Reba has done this show from their little group.

Kelly's mom is from Ohio so makes sense.

Lol, but how could her ancestors fight in the Civil War if they're from Greece and Ireland? And if she has American ancestors and they are buried there, then they must have been captured there which means they must have been from the North. Kelly is a Yankee at heart

Basically Dark Side was the only hit of Stronger in the Netherlands

Actually, Wikipedia contains wrong information about this. It mixes up three charts. The Top 100 (which is a list of most bought/downloaded singles), the Top40 chart (similar to Hot100, but with 40 best songs on it - counting both iTunes and radio, so to speak) and last, the Tipparade (Dutch version of Bubbling Under Top40).

Darkside was 19 on the Tipparade, the same as Stronger, thus making it 59 on the Top40. Same thing for CMB, which would be 60.
MKIA should be 49, because it reached 9 on the Tipparade, but on the Top100 it did indeed reach 90. Stronger reached about 60 on that chart.
Already Gone reached 7 or 8 on the Tipparade, making it 47 or 48 on Top40.

Aside from these, the list is correct. Hook up was her last 'hit' here.

I AM proud that BOY is Kelly's only number 1 hit in NL though. We did have taste back then.

I just hope for her next album, dutch radio will be here for her again. She just needs to perform here.

Majorly dissappointed that Kelly probably hasn't shot the PLU video yet. I was hoping we'd see that surfacing a week or two after the adds date. Guess we'll probably have to wait a few more weeks extra for it...

The Civil War was fought mostly by poor people (it's often called the "Poor Man's War") because you could buy your way out of the draft for only $300. The draft and its loophole for the rich resulted in numerous draft riots across the country, including one particularly violent one in New York in 1863 during which Irish immigrants lynched dozens of free blacks (and, oddly enough, even attacked an orphanage).

So it definitely makes sense, then, that her Irish ancestors would have fought the war. Her Greek ancestors are a bit harder to tell, since the Greek immigration boom to America happened after the Civil War, but if they were in America during the war, then as poor immigrants they would very likely have fought it.

Thanks for the information! But I think if Kelly did some promo there, it would have been different. And what about the two other big markets? Japan and Germany? Why is it, that Kelly never promotes there? And has she ever been to South Korea? They really stan hard for her songs (despite them being like 10 cents or so).
