I don't think it's that true.. I can see it being like that for wayne, but not luke. I am sure they already found a formula for this album and have already done most of the tracks.
I hope most tracks from wayne don't make it except maybe a ballad. Everything else needs to be from luke or others.
Woo Hoo is probably old tho. People need to drop the rumours and speculations that this song was for the album. Unless they actually have receipts, it's better to believe what Ke$ha says!
Remember the interview with Wayne where he talked about how she wanted to do acid with him since 2012 mentioned it and she couldn't sing about it without trying it, and he said her assistant would get them some if she just asked?
As long as she has it under control.
