Isn't that chart now being used to determine overall peaks. They display pure sales chart but the one with SPS is what they are using as the final say so.
So it appears Justin will come out on top and won't break his streak, right.

Wasn't Journals a bonafide flop??? Even though it magically "didn't chart on the Billboard 200", we all know it was because it wouldn't have debuted at #1
I think One Direction will still snatch the #1 spot on the overall chart too though, Justin could easily go #1 in another week because of his streaming power though so I mean there's really no reason for Bieber stans to flip if he doesn't get the #1 spot because he has a much higher chance of getting it in another week than 1D. Their sales always start off super strong but are super frontloaded. Justin will have more longevity, especially with the success of his singles.
