We have a similar taste, and all of my songs were by pop females, and while I wasn't everyone's favourite, I made it through. I don't think coming for the judge's capabilities or preferences is the best way to channel your justified frustration because there is a certain combination of things that they're looking for and have been told to look for. It sucks to see you go so early though.

Except I DON'T know what they're looking for other than diversity and seeing who you are and what not.

I can't expect to actually know how to do better next time when all they did was offer some sort of positive comments, and yet they only briefly touch upon songs not being their kind of tea, not elaborating enough on my energy and talking a bit too much about strength, and they don't offer anything as to how to improve or what not.

They paid me absolute dust after I did that time and effort into formatting, song-selecting, writing and making sure everything was cohesive, diverse and what not.

In fact, they kept in everyone that used **** like photoshop yet the people that kept things got ousted. It's so damn shallow.
