the song is about a cheating girlfriend...
he is asking for the girl's phone in her pocket because he already knows that there's something happening behind his back... he's just waiting for the girl to admit it....
After one day... it's a bad album indeed, Even Overexposed was better... because of Wipe Your Eyes is GREAT. Nothing is really good, not even close... only Lost Stars is good and it's not even theirs or part of this project.
So Sad... SAJ and even after that they were so good... and now? MEDIOCRE at best.
I've tried to give the tracks another day to grow on me. Some of them did, but ultimately, I'm still disappointed. I feel like they're a little too comfortable with the pop/rock sound that Overexposed jumped into, and this album feels like an exact continuation with songs of lesser quality.
The great: Maps, It Was Always You, Feelings
The good: New Love, Coming Back for You, My Heart Is Open
The okay: Animals, Unkiss Me, In Your Pocket
The bad: Sugar, Leaving California
Ironically, even though Feelings is one of the poppiest tracks, it's definitely a standout. It's very well done.
