Pretty much this. She's been the eye catcher of the group and her voice was captivating, I believe she helped a lot to bring the group to stardom. They should continue but it wouldn't feel right if they replace her with a new member, they should just go on with the current line-up.

I hope they continue, but I hope they will launch their debut, including songs ith Simone's vocals, even just as "tribute". And yeah I hope they will continue as 4-piece and not replace Simone, it wouldn't feel right.
I'm still in shock about Simone but tbh I also thought about the future of the group. I watched their performance at the iHeartRadio Awards, Simone was sick so she couldn't attend.

IDK yet tho, I feel like after Simone's death it may be weird for the people in the public to continue to support them you guys don't think? I don't know if they could continue honestly because Simone was really the star of the group and like you said, she drew you in
I kind've feel like Simone's absence would hinder the group and the dynamic it had and they'd kind've come off as generic without her and I don't mean to make that sound in any kind've way, but they don't have anybody right now who really has the 'it' thing to really grab viewers. The song has actually got a lot of attention on radio with a lot of people calling in. The DJ played a snippet of the song when they were reporting the story which caused a lot of people to call in requesting to play the full song.
I think it would be a very nice tribute to Simone if this song goes big. Especially since she's the lead on this song.
It's also an opportunity to spread awareness on suicide & mental illness.
